IMMEDIATE HIRE. Busy family is seeking a professional and creative live-out Chef to work in Manhattan (off-season) and the Hamptons (summers). Private accommodations provided in the Hamptons. Chef will create weekly menus, go grocery shopping and cook healthy lunches and dinners, including vegetarian and vegan options. Family eats Kosher for the holidays only so knowledge of Kosher is a plus. Will need to cook for 2-3 people on a regular basis and up to about 15 people when the family is together so must have experience working for a large family. Will also need to keep the kitchen clean. Must be organized, flexible, respectful and have a positive attitude.
Health insurance, 401k offered and paid time off. Please submit salary requirements when applying.
Mostly Monday through Friday in the off season. Hamptons are 6 days off during the week. Need to be flexible to the family's schedule.
