LPN Responsibilities Include:

• Directs the day-to-day functions of the CNAs in accordance with EOEA Regulations and Company Policy.
• Administer medications in accordance with the Massachusetts Limited Medication Administration (LMA) program.
• Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment is on hand.
• Manages resident medications and coordinated with local pharmacies.
• Manages resident charts and performs other general office duties as required.
• Detailed oral/written reporting regarding resident status and changes in condition.
• Assists with resident care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Massachusetts-licensed LPN with a current and unencumbered licensure.
• Assisted Living experience highly preferred
