The Sr Analyst - Privacy Management Operations supports the Privacy Management Program Manager with the execution of the program's operational run processes. This includes executing Data Subject Right's Requests, privacy opt-out requests, monitoring and responding to level 1 privacy communications, and maintaining accurate data maps and records of personal data processing within the Company. The role also supports quarterly program metrics reporting to management committees and development and maintenance of program and project documentation. This role will be required to collaborate with business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to develop and drive adoption of IT & Vendor Risk processes and technical capabilities.
Responsibilities

• Perform the operational execution of privacy management processes and procedures in accordance with defined operational level agreements and regulatory timelines, including reviewing and responding to communications received in the five program email inboxes and processing Data Subject Rights Requests. Prepare and submit quarterly KPI metrics to support management committee reporting.
• Work cross-functionally to evaluate adherence to data-related standards and requirements (including regulatory requirements) for Company operations, vendors, and other external parties. Review metrics and provide recommendations to Privacy Management program manager and Data Protection Officer regarding any data incidents or violations of data standards.
• Partner with the business to map out data flows, maintain records of data processing activities, and recommend process improvements. Assist with the creation and maintenance of governance documentation such as policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide privacy support to business and technology partners on projects, product, and program development. Create documentation in support of project plans and/or product development priorities. Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to define and perform tests cases related to privacy processes and software implementations.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related professional work experience.
• 2 years of experience in privacy operations, IT/IS governance/risk management, IT audit, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to build effective relationships, partner cross-functionally, and influence positive change.
• Experience with iterative/Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is a strong plus.
• Certification focused on Data Privacy, Data Management/Governance, Audit, IT Governance, Information Security, such as: CDMP, DCAM, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
