Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team at a leading newspaper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling a mix of digital and traditional advertising solutions to local businesses. With a deep understanding of AdCellerant's platform, the candidate will be at the forefront of offering comprehensive marketing strategies that include programmatic advertising, SEO, email marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales territory.

• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support by leveraging AdCellerant's suite of digital products.

• Present, promote, and sell digital advertising services, including programmatic ads, SEO, SEM, and social media management, along with traditional print advertising.

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create reports on key performance metrics.

• Provide management with feedback and reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an outside sales representative, preferably in the advertising industry.

• Familiarity with AdCellerant's platform and digital advertising technologies.

• Experience in selling SEO, SEM, and programmatic advertising is highly desirable.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
