The Westin Lake Mary, Orlando North is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our establishment. Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in POS systems, particularly Lightspeed PMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
