POSITION OVERVIEW
The Athletics Facilities Manager at the Westminster Schools is responsible for the comprehensive management and strategic planning of all athletic facilities and events. This includes leading deferred maintenance forecasting and budgeting, serving as a liaison between various departments, and overseeing the scheduling, logistics, and operational needs of practices, games, and large-scale events.
This role is critical not only to the daily operations, but also to the long-term strategic planning and success of the Westminster Schools' athletic programs. It requires a blend of strategic thinking, detailed operational management, and strong communication skills to successfully bridge the needs of the athletics department with those of the wider school community and external partners.

Position Status: Salaried, Exempt, Full-time, Regular, 12-month position
Hours of Work: Standard work week with non-traditional work hours expectations. Evening and weekend work are required.

Locations include Turner Gymnasium, Kent Fields, Broyles Field, Scott Field at KGB Stadium, Tennis Facility, Cody Field at Lloyd Stadium, Fritz Orr Field at Thompson Stadium, Summer Camp Field, and Large Field House.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, and feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; talk and hear; engage in moderately strenuous physical activity both indoors and out; and smell. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to become CPR and First Aid Certified required.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and may frequently walk on slippery or uneven surfaces. The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
TRAVEL
Travel is primarily local during the regular business day. Overnight and out-of-area travel may also be required.
