Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly and attractive manner in accordance with established procedures and as directed by Housekeeping Manager; assures that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times. This position provides leadership and oversight to the Housekeeping Team, as well as responds to guest housekeeping concerns.

Qualifications

• One year related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions and make decisions.
• Must have superior customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
