Position Overview: Wilhite Law Firm, an award-winning firm specializing in personal injury law, is seeking a dedicated a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on accurately inputting and managing data related to a specific mass torts case. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data entry procedures and preferably some familiarity with legal processes. This is a contract temporary position.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
