The Willows Home is a residential health care facility located just outside of downtown Freehold. The residence has a total of 16 rooms and Residents must have a degree of mobility and be ambulatory but may benefit from certain services such as meal preparation, laundry services, cleaning services, recreational activities, medication supervision, etc. Our residents will have a level of freedom and may leave the facility to enjoy the local restaurants, parks, and attractions. The entire building has been renovated and retrofitted to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents and staff. Staff members will assist management to ensure the home is kept clean and residents are safe and comfortable. Meals included for staff.

• Meal preparation and communication with administrators of inventory levels
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
