Position Overview

This position requires a Business Management background with a focus on reaching/exceeding department sales goals. Simultaneously, a well-suited individual for the role will have the desire to consistently enhance employee performance through strong leadership, training, and development methods.

  • Oversee HVAC and Plumbing Sales Professionals in their day to day.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team of Sales Professionals to provide an effective close and consistent customer experience.
  • Ensure sales employees are providing appropriate options, details, and other significant information during the sales process.
  • Ensure material lists are completed correctly to be passed over to the install team.
  • Take action to resolve operational issues and minimize delays.
  • Conduct huddles with sales employees to focus in on recognition of wins, and to hone in on improvements to be made.
  • Collaborate with CEO, COO and Trade Leaders.
  • Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brands.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings.
  • Live the Core Values in every interaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma/ GED required
  • Sales or Business degree preferred
  • Have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must pass random drug testing
  • Be able to operate a smartphone and tablet
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Sitting and standing throughout shift
  • Office environment
