Description What You'll Be Responsible For:
Business Integration: execute comprehensive strategic plans aligning with our customer's business goals, collaborating across departments to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
Lead the implementation and execution of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS ® ) for the company. Ensure that everyone is truly following, and adhering to, the company's core processes and operating system with consistency.
Establish and maintain organizational clarity. Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
Confirms that all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization. Inherently ensures that everyone is in the know.
Verifies that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the organization.
Effectively collaborates with the CEO to always remain aligned. Maintains a high level of mutual respect with the CEO. Realizes the unique contributions and ideas that the CEO has and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Articulate and maintain a clear focus on company goals and execute plans.
Serve as executive level for issue escalation.
Identify and remove obstacles so that the team can perform at its best.
Develop key performance indicators for major business functions and hold individuals and teams accountable for performance.
Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making affecting the Company (growth, new markets, evaluation of potential alliances, investments)
Operations: Manage all areas of the business related to operations, including production, maintenance, safety, quality, and supply chain and planning.
Production & Manufacturing: Optimize processes for maximum efficiency and safety, ensuring quality while minimizing costs.
Capacity Planning & Supply Chain: Support supply chain planning, expand capacity for operational continuity and growth, and lead the development of identification of new supply partners
Logistics & Customer Service: Improve end-to-end supply chain processes, elevating customer service responsiveness and logistics efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Uphold and enhance quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and OSHA standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration.
10 years of experience managing operations.
Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
Proven track record of managing teams successfully.
Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
Self-directed, highly organized, and a team-player
Capable of working under tight deadlines and handling multiple projects
Ability to communicate with a broad array of individuals from varying technical aptitudes, professional backgrounds, and affiliations
Able to make decisions and lead teams to execute on plans
Able to coach and mentor team members
Effective conflict management skills
