Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to assist in overseeing and managing our marketing activities. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Marketing and be responsible for helping to implement and execute strategic marketing plans for our company. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to drive our marketing efforts and achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This position is on-site in Pittsburgh, PA, you're expected to commute to our Pittsburgh office 5 days a week. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CMO, VP of Marketing and Marketing Directors to execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives for products, services and solutions. 
  • Assist in coordinating all marketing, advertising, event, trade show and promotional efforts. 
  • Assist with day-to-day project management.
  • Collaborate closely with the CMO, VP of Marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Assist with planning and executing campaigns for promotion, launching of new product lines, etc.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support overall sales efforts.
  • Monitor industry best practices and trends to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field. 
  • 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). 
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems and content management systems.
  • Experience working with budgets, forecasts and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong project management, time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
