The Wood Companies is Hiring a Customer Service Representative - $18+/Hr - 1st Shift Near Benton, MI
- Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner based on client requirements
- Coordinate and follow up with all installations and invoicing
- Process customer complaints and ensure all issues are documented, understood and resolved in a timely and complete manner
- Communicate throughout all workflow to ensure deliverables are on track and both sales and customer expectations are managed
- Communicates schedule opportunities and works closely with key stakeholders to ensure timeliness and quality of every job
- Maintain visibility of expedites utilizing the daily ship report and open order report
- Ensure correct ship to method prior to ship time.
- Process request credit memos and return material authorizations and investigate cause
- Process non-conforming product report and create replacement job orders
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- High School diploma required
- 6 to 12 months customer service experience in manufacturing preferred
- Detail orientated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong math skills
