The Wooden Toolbox is a construction company that specializes in residential and commercial remodels, renovations, and custom furniture. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise and manage onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Order materials for projects
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Travel to jobsites daily
- Report daily status of jobsites
- Ensure that each jobsite stays on track to be completed on time
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management
- Basic general knowledge of remodeling and construction, and how jobs should progress
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Must own a laptop
- Must own a reliable vehicle (a truck is preferred)
- Ability to respectfully communicate to clients, employees, and subcontractors
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Starting pay will be $15-$18/hr. based on experience and initiative. Pay increase at 1 month when proven ability.
