Duties:

- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Manage reservations and cancellations effectively to maximize room occupancy
- Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management preferred
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel booking software
- Multilingual abilities a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is advantageous
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally and diplomatically
