Job Title: Maintenance Electrical/ Plumbing Technician

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities Including Electrical and Plumbing issues. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for our employees and guest at the hotel.

Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and rooms
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on machinery and systems

-Preform regular inspections on circuit breakers, wiring, phones, tv and internet line

-Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures

-Preform routine inspections on plumbing and drainage systems

-Identify and diagnose plumbing and electrical issues
- Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Experience in electrical systems maintenance

-Experience with plumbing
- Ability to fabricate parts or components when necessary
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees and vendors professionally
- Leadership qualities to coordinate maintenance activities effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $23.50 per hour
