We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Associate for our Gear department. Responsibilities will include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and, recommend the right solutions, moving and loading kayaks and roof rack systems, helping outfit customers in hiking packs and outfitting them with fly fishing gear. We as a company strive to provide the best customer service and are looking for employees that are excited to help us provide it.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
