The Workroom LA is Hiring a Wholesale Account Executive - TSWS Near Vernon, CA

The Workroom LA is a full cycle apparel company with Men’s and Women’s brands and an extensive private label portfolio. We are a small tight-knit team of passionate and creative individuals who value integrity, responsibility and having fun.

Role Description:

Our expanding team is in search of a Wholesale Account Executive to become a part of our in-house brand, Thread&Supply. We are looking for someone who excels in communication, possesses strong organizational skills, pays close attention to detail and thrives in a dynamic team setting with changing priorities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of wholesale sales experience in women’s apparel
  • Meticulous; detailed oriented, organized and capable of meeting deadlines efficiently and effectively
  • Proactive, strong sense of urgency with great follow-up abilities
  • Positive attitude with a self-starter mindset - no task is too big or too small
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work in a collaborative environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

  • Attend market tradeshows, including some weekends and boutique visits (New York, Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Chicago and more)
  • Follow up on sales orders for both e-commerce and trade show orders
  • Address and resolve all customer complaints by identifying solutions to ensure resolution
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with boutique owners and buyers
  • Company reach-out and customer follow-up, while keeping record of all customer interactions
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor advancement and track progress (weekly, monthly, yearly)
  • Learn our database system AIMS360 as well as other wholesale/retail e-commerce portals (NuOrder, Faire and Shopify)
  • Engage in internal sales meetings with insight into product sales
  • Provide support with tradeshow preparations
  • Research and explore new potential accounts and territories
  • Daily administrative tasks such as organization, filing and ordering supplies when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
