We are seeking a Paraprofessional Educator to join our team and provide support to students and teachers in the classroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with instruction, providing individualized instruction to students, helping with classroom management, and monitoring student progress. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide support to students with special needs in the classroom.
• Assist in the implementation of educational activities and programs.
• Assist in the monitoring of student progress and provide feedback to teachers and administrators.
• Help students with basic skills such as reading, writing, and math.
• Provide assistance to teachers in the management of classroom activities.
• Assist in the development of positive behavior plans for students.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
