We are open to applicants with varying levels of experience, from trainees to senior-level adjusters. A senior-level adjuster in this role will have the option to work remotely 100 percent of the time.

In this position, you will :
Manage an inventory of 90-110 claims files while providing exceptional customer service.
Retain and direct defense counsel.
Utilize your negotiation skills to maneuver claims towards resolution.
Qualifications : A Bachelor's degree.

Experience handling bodily injury claim files.
Demonstrated success in exercising independent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation competency.
Above-average teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
