The Regional Business Development Manager is expected to play a player/coach role on the sales leadership team, grow our business with new client sources, develop and train a high- caliber business development team, collaborate effectively with partners on the operations team, and cement our reputation for high quality services. We also expect you to be an active and knowledgeable participant in the regions you serve to help us develop our strategy and market development plan. Our market development schedule is made with the input of local leadership and based on local business conditions, the ability to develop talent, and the success
of existing operations. We expect that you will have the capacity to work with Directors of Business Development, and a number of Home Care Liaisons of varying degrees of skill and experience.
