Buy Rate- $44/hr on W2 or $53/hr on C2C

Required Skills:

Establish, maintain, and implement the Change and Release Management process for Financial Applications like Oracle E-business suite, SaaS applications (e.g. Coupa, Zuora)

Hands on experience in fin tech audit and compliance roles

Implement measures to safeguard the production environment through robust Change and Release Management procedures.

Ensure the use of standardized processes and procedures to handle changes efficiently and minimize incidents caused by changes.

Maintain an IT Change Calendar that includes a forward schedule of all planned changes.

Manage, coordinate, monitor, and report on change activities, ensuring adherence to established processes.

Audit and drive continuous improvement of the Change and Release Management process.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operational service delivery.

Serve as a focal point for escalation and communication activities between users and IT teams, ensuring effective and efficient execution of change activities. Highlight and escalate risks and issues to management.

Consult and provide guidance to project teams, assisting in the preparation for service transition from project to operations.

Define and track success metrics and monitor the progress of Change and Release Management.

Utilize Excel and project/portfolio management platforms for specific tasks related to Change and Release Management.

Implement audit recommendations to improve compliance and risk management
