Role- Warehouse Staging Team member

Buy Rate- $19/hr on W2 or $23/hr on C2C

We are expecting a L1 Resource with technical aptitude who can follow the SOPs to refresh / stage the devices.

Support Hours Business Hours : 8am-5pm, Mon–Fri EST

Location : 17 Brenneman Circle, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050-2651 (Client location)

Responsibilities

Warehouse – Staging Function

v Provide staging services at client facility.

v Understand existing processes followed by team for staging services/function

v Map activities being performed by the existing team and collect available documentation covering

o Equipment / Device Intake & Inventory Tracking

o Equipment Staging

o Equipment / Device Dispatch & Reporting

o Daily Progress / Metrics Update in Standard Template

o Weekly Progress / Metrics Update in Standard Template.

Technical Deliverables

v Stage Retail / IMAC / POC Devices – Equipment provided to Staging team for configuration.

v Maintain and Update Standard operating procedures for various devices supported by staging function of the organization.

v Maintain and Update Standard operating procedures the existing devices part of organizational asset refresh cycle / Refresh Programs.

v Provide recommendations to optimize the services including cost enhancement and performance enhancements

Qualifications Qualifications

v Staging/troubleshooting experience with various Retail / IMAC / POC devices

v Ability to install , troubleshoot and assist team members for wide range of Devices applications in Retail Store environment

v Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills

v Analytical thinking and Problem Solving ability

v Certifications :

o A Hardware (must), ITIL (preferred) , CCNA (preferred)

o Microsoft : MCP/MCSE/MCTS, etc. (preferred)

v Tools : ServiceNow, Microsoft Suite, Windows OS, Mac OS (preferred), MS Office O365
