Job Title: Marketing Data Administrator

Job Description: Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a Marketing Data Administrator to add to their growing team in Fort Wayne Indiana. This individual will work with the marketing team to gather and input data from multiple sources, including radio, TV, digital, direct mail and CRM. They will leverage data mining to identify potential opportunities within an existing CRM and distribute to individuals for appointment setting. Track and analyze and report performance of marketing activities and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• MUST BE A US CITIZEN, or Green Card Holder (NO Corp to Corp, No Sponsorship Available)
• Experience in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or Data Analysis
• Experience with Marketing Analytics and CRM tools.
• Attention to Detail
• Excellent Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

• Gather and input marketing data from multiple sources, including radio, TV, digital, direct mail and CRM
• Leverage data mining to identify potential opportunities within existing CRM and distribute to Appointment Setters to nurture into appointments.
• Provide support for CRM reporting, mailing lists and data mining that identify opportunities within our existing database
• Track, analyze and report performance of multiple marketing activities
• Monitor overall marketing performance and provide actionable insights
• Ensure and enforce the completeness and accuracy of marketing tracking and CRM data across all departments within the organization
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, execute and analyze marketing strategies
