- Coverage: January 6, 2025 – May 30, 2025
- Schedule: Looking for Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts but must also be willing to do 4x10 hour shifts/week if necessary. No weekends.
- No Call
- Patients per shift: 8-10
- Required Skills: Adults, Outpatient setting, Inpatient/Acute care settings. Advanced heart failure experience preferred.
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
- Active unrestricted WA License or IMLC
- Active ACLS & BLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cardiology
- Board Certified
- Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
