- ER/floor consults required, Providers attend rapid responses, & ICU runs code blues
- No Call
- Patients per shift: 18-20
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days
- Active unrestricted AZ License
- Active DEA
- Active ACLS, ATLS, & BLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Board Certified
- Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
