THERAPITAS is a growing pediatric outpatient practice seeking a motivated and energetic Physical Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. We pride ourselves on offering dedicated and compassionate therapy services to the bilingual population and families across Oklahoma.
The ideal candidate for this part-time or full-time position is someone who works well as a team in collaboration to provide the best pediatric therapy experience for our patients and their families.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Oklahoma State License or ability to obtain
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Experience with and/or knowledge of the pediatric population is a plus
- THE ABILITY TO SPEAK SPANISH IS NOT REQUIRED. We have full-time interpreters ready to help with your sessions.
- Follow plan of care for patients by conducting treatment sessions
- Perform documentation of services, meeting clinical expectations and payer regulations
- Lead by example and work collaboratively with a team of therapists to ensure the seamless delivery of services
- Comply with all local, state, and federal rules and regulations
