Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leadership and Practice Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment, driving practice growth, and ensuring the highest standards of client care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychotherapy practice management, leadership, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development:

Provide strong, positive leadership to foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.

Conduct regular team meetings and supervision sessions.

Address team dynamics and provide solutions for improving team performance and morale.

Practice Development:

Identify and implement strategies for practice growth and development.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified clinicians and staff.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, community organizations, and referral sources.

Manage and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and client service delivery.

Client Care and Compliance:

Ensure that all clinical services are delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the documentation and compliance processes to maintain high standards of care.

Address client concerns and feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve practice goals.

Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to stay competitive.

Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and practice performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a psychotherapy or mental health practice.

Proven experience in team development and practice management.

Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in mental health services.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
