Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our healthcare team in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, providing quality patient care, and producing diagnostic images under the supervision of a Radiologist.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
- Set up equipment and position patients for imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and functioning at all times
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families about imaging procedures and answer their questions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with digital imaging technologies preferred
