Requirements
Major Job Objectives:

• Lead Engineer on MIT Projects and implementations
• Carryout MIT Assessments
• Responsible for tier 2/3 support/integration for MIT
• Prepare and provide product quotations for MIT sales proposals and final order placements
• Assist with maintenance and ready-state of the internal computing systems (Server/Desktops/Laptops/Phones/Etc.)
• Assist with documentation of all network systems
• Assist with documentation of all internal IT policies and procedures
• Problem-solve customer issues
