Key Responsibilities of a Sales Associate for Our Brand
Product Sales and Customer Service
- Conduct sales activities for our brand's products.
- Provide information and consultations to customers about the products.
- Recommend and sell products that meet the customers' needs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Achieving Sales Targets
- Strive to achieve set sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Propose strategies and plans to boost sales.
Product Display and Inventory Management
- Manage product displays and merchandising in the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder as necessary.
- Prevent product damage and maintain quality.
Support for Promotions and Marketing Activities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events.
- Inform customers about promotions and encourage participation.
- Participate in marketing activities to maintain and enhance the brand image.
- Prepare for the upcoming store opening at Washington Square, including setup and promotional planning.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct research on competitor products and market trends.
- Collect and report customer feedback.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market changes.
Training and Self-Development
- Acquire and update knowledge about the brand and its products.
- Participate in training to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
- Set personal goals and conduct performance evaluations.
