Repacker / Assembler

• 1^st Shift - Typical schedule is 5:30AM – 4:00PM, Monday – Thursday. Mandatory OT on Friday and Saturday is likely.

• 2^nd Shift* - Typical schedule is 4:00PM – 2:30AM, Monday – Thursday. Mandatory OT on Friday and Saturday is likely.
  • *2^nd shift workers will be trained on 1^st shift for their first two weeks.

• Unload sea containers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Pack finished products into boxes or trays according to customer specifications; taping, wrapping, and/or banding as necessary. Labeling, scanning, and placing on pallets as completed.
• Moves finished/repacked product to shipping or storage areas, keeping products separated, organized, and accessible.
• Operate various pieces of equipment in a safe manner (i.e. hand truck, pallet wrapper, palletizer, etc.).
• Identify and process defective items before they are shipped to customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Handle inventory with care and attention to detail.
• Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
• Bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together.
• Works at different workstations as production needs require.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, looks for ways to improve and promote quality, applies feedback to improve performance and monitors own work to ensure quality.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment; must be able to adjust to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment and able to work overtime as required.
• Able to follow written instruction.
• Able to become familiar with product numbers and be able to visually identify them.
• Must possess good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Team player.
• Able to walk and stand continuously.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during regular work assignments.
• Able to meet attendance standards established by the organization.
• A healthy sense of humor.
