More about the Position

We are looking for an individual who can assist our clients and internal teams through HCM implementations and technology change. Solution Architect provides expert guidance and oversight across all HCM modules - HR, WFM, Payroll, GL, Compensation.

The successful delivery consultant will:

You’ll engage with clients on exciting projects and author creative solutions, triage and troubleshoot application issues, and apply best practices configurations and recommendations. You’ll help clients, implementation managers and consultants on highly complex, often global requirements, analysis, and implementation of current and future HR needs. You’ll participate in the full cycle implementations, supporting more junior members, and managing clients’ expectations.

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex change concepts in HR and implementations. Partner with clients and lead them during implementation of the new HCM system. Understand the clients’ industry and business priorities. Deliver quality solutions while building lasting relationships, managing risk, and keeping clear expectations of stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Provide expert level technical consultations and analyses, solving complex problems. Quickly assimilate new knowledge and retain it.
  • Plan, organize and lead sessions with project stakeholders to review solution analysis and design. Provide clear and concise documentation, tailored to the audience and highlighting critical findings and decisions.
  • Lead teams by example, inspiring confidence and focusing on deliverables and big picture objectives. Bridge HR, WFM, GL and Payroll consultants by attending solutioning and requirements calls.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools; developing and implementing new or enhanced technical methods and techniques to improve the consulting practice.
  • Work with other Solution Architects to ensure knowledge sharing across consulting practice and ensure consistent problem-solving approaches are developed.
  • Develop high performing people and teams by providing mentoring and coaching.
  • Keep up to date with the latest Cloud HR technology and trends. Represent TBP at conferences and industry forums as an expert in the solution and technology as requested by management, marketing, or sales – presenting an “on the ground” view of the capability and benefits of the product.
  • Assist sales as needed in the sales process, effectively estimate work effort and budgeting

Competencies:

  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing environment, including experience with an HRIS/ERP system is preferred. 
  • Demonstrated experience with change management is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated critical thinking through reviewing numbers, trends, and data yielding conclusions based on findings. 
  • High level of integrity working with confidential client and customer data 
  • Experience in business process mapping. 
  • Expert in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and project scheduling tools. 
  • Ability to work multiple projects and clients at the same time and manage priorities. 
  • Demonstrated detail-oriented team player who can work with minimal supervision. 
  • Expert in the software development life cycle. 
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present findings, or translate data conclusions into an understandable documentation. 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and easily. 
  • Ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed (Up to 10% Travel Required) 
  • English and another language (Spanish / French) is desirable.

Education/Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field is preferred. 
  • 8-12 years' experience in Cloud Based Software delivery. 
  • 5-8 years of software delivery experience is preferred.
