We are seeking an experienced Interim Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee ongoing and organizational tasks related to project and site controlling, monthly reporting, forecasting, and other financial operations. This role requires a strong background in finance and controlling in an interim management position.

Ongoing Tasks:

• Project Controlling
• Site Controlling
• Monthly Reporting:
• Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Balance Sheet
• Working Capital management
• Liquidity management
• Forecasting
• Transfer-Price Documentation
• Coordination of Tax Issues
• Treasury Management

Organizational Tasks:

• Complete the transfer accounting process to an external service provider
• Implement a robust monthly reporting process including the total cost method in accordance with group requirements
• Conduct lessons learned from the year-end closing of 2023 and implement quarterly closing processes as a dry run for the year-end closing of 2024
• Revise and implement project controlling in accordance with group requirements
• Implement site-controlling in accordance with CEO requirements
• Implement accurate liquidity forecasts in accordance with group requirements
• Revise IC-pricing and transfer-price documentation in accordance with group requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Preferred proficiency in German
• Must have foreign GAAP experience
• Strong integration and moderation skills
• Experienced in creating and implementing procedures
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an interim manager
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance and controlling
