Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Director of Recruiting, you will be heavily focused on internal and external client relationships, and building talent pipelines, both for Think and customers of Think. You’ll learn Think’s business and value proposition inside and out and present compelling stories of why top talent in the market has engaged with Think. You’ll be unafraid to fail forward, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and will always find a way to exceed expectations. You’ll be supported by a talented team of professionals and the work you do will directly contribute to the success of Think and our partners.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-desk Recruiter, working with high-performing recruitment teams
  • Strong comfort with sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and Candidate Management Systems
  • Heavy focus on candidate experience, indexing on overcommunication
  • Strong listening, analytical, and execution skills
  • A propensity to build lasting relationships while focused on continuous process improvement
  • Detail oriented without losing sight of the big picture
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
