The ideal candidate will be responsible for co-creating and executing a global events strategy. This will have you working on creating themed events across the world. Events are a critical component to how we operate and are sometimes run independently or in partnership with other organisations. Our events have included;

• Localised Executive Roundtables of 10-20 people
• Panel Discussions of 40-200 people
• Social events of 50-200 people
• Side events to major conferences or events

Responsibilities

Event management

• Planning and coordination of events calendar
• Manage all operational aspects of each event, including planning, execution, supplier management, and schedules
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure events align with the team’s brief
• Ensure all timelines and budgets are successfully managed
• Manage and Execute Landing pages and invitation emails per event

CRM management

• Identifying and sourcing event attendees
• Identifying and managing event speakers and panellists
• Manage the invitation and follow-up email process
• Track all events in the CRM for accurate ROI

Reporting

• Monitoring event sign-ups to ensure capacity is reached for each event
• Reporting on the effectiveness of each event - through the CRM

Social media

• Capture event content, including insights
• Manage the social media content for events

Key experience we are after;

• Experience running events across borders
• Prior b2b business experience ideally in technology, consulting or startup.
• Prior startup experience
