Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is an on-site position based in our Los Angeles office- remote work is not an option . You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and address their questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, and other account-related issues.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain and update customer records as needed.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
• Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
• A customer-first attitude with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Must be willing to work on-site in our Los Angeles office- this is not a remote position .
