Job Description: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in account management and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client campaigns and projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other client-facing documents.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Support senior account executives and management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Previous experience in account management or customer service is a plus, but not required.
