Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is an on-site position, requiring you to work from our office to engage with clients, develop relationships, and drive sales growth. You will be a key player in promoting our products and services, ensuring that our clients have the tools they need to stay connected and succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure a deep understanding of our offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Must be able to work on-site in our San Antonio, TX office; this is not a remote position.
