JOB DESCRIPTION

The ERP Business Analyst will work with business leads in the areas of Finance and Supply Chain to create a needs analysis of existing applications and workflows to improve overall performance and delivery of the ERP.

SKILLS

• Experience working within an ERP environment using INFOR ERP EAM / FSM
• Experience working within the business units of Finance and Supply Chain
• Experience collaborating with Business leaders, Product Analysts, and Technical Teams to provide innovative solutions.
• Skilled in managing problems, presenting solutions, performing root cause analysis.
• Experience with managing expectations with business and technical leaders.
• Any experience with the Finance modules below is a big plus.
• Accounts Payables, Invoice Management, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Billing, Cash Management.
• Any experience with the Supply Change modules below is a big plus.
• Inventory Controls, Customer Order Management, Purchase Order Management, EDI - Electronic Data Interchange (Hansen), Warehouse Management and Processing, Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, Requisition Processing.
