Partnering with a prestigious firm located in Milwaukee WI looking for a full-time Labor and Employment attorney with at least three years of law firm experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an interest for litigation, employment law, and/or traditional labor, as well as have excellent analytical and writing skills.
Responsibilities include: Providing legal advice and counsel to business clients on labor and employment matters, conducting legal research to support clients' cases and provide informed recommendations. Drafting legal briefs, pleadings, and other relevant documents for employment law cases. Assisting in the development and drafting of employment policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to the state bar of Wisconsin. 3 or more years of experience in the practice of law.
