Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 2 years warehouse experience
- Forklift certified or prior experience
- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate with co-workers to aid in satisfying both internal and external customer requirements
- Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements
- Basic PC Skills - Able to use Microsoft programs as well as a printer, scanner, and copier.
- Ability to multi-task, cross train, and get things done
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to work overtime as needed

- Strong work ethic
- Receives inbound material by vendors, customers, and other miscellaneous items for office/warehouse accurately and promptly.
- Receives in both inventory and non-inventory parts into internal system as well as Quick Books.
- Verifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing list and notifies supervisor of any discrepancies or
- issues.
- Communicates with vendors and requests missing paper work (packing lists, inspection reports, etc.) and RMAs for rejected parts.
- After receiving products physically moves items into QC department for inspection and testing and moves approved material into inventory storage.
- Packs and ships products and materials to customers per production schedule with corresponding packing list and labels.
- Maintains inventory on shipping and packaging materials needed for shipments.
- Communicates with freight companies to organize and schedule daily and weekly pick-ups.
- Performs cycle counts on shipping materials that are inventory part numbers.
- This position will be subject to random drug & alcohol testing as part of the Company’s FAA certified Drug Testing plan, required for FAA Part 145 repair
- stations.
- Reads and follows instructions, such as kitting, packaging and shipping procedures, and other duties as needed.
- Perform kitting operations to feed production floor.
- Follow all department safety procedures and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- 2 years warehouse experience
- Forklift experience
- Must be able to read and understand English.
- Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Ability to follow instructions and perform necessary duties.
- Must understand inventory count accuracy and be able to work in a focused Kan-Ban environment with First In First Out (FIFO) methodology
- Experience in Lean manufacturing principles (5S) Kaizen methodology
- Experience using a bar coded inventory system
- This position is primarily a standing position. While performing duties of this position, employee is required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, and bend.
- Will often be lifting and/or moving parts or boxes up to 50 pounds.
- May be subjected to occasional irregular or extended work hours.
- Must be able to work in an environment that may be subject to occasional loud noises, hazardous materials and chemicals.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Good manual dexterity, able to pick up small parts and complete kitting requirements
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residence Status required.
