Thinkpath Engineering Services, LLC (TES), an engineering services company, is looking for an experienced Human Resource/Payroll administrator to work out of our corporate office in Miamisburg, OH.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the following areas: Benefit administration, 401K administration, processing payroll utilizing ADP, employment laws and regulations, as well as a working knowledge of the Affordable Health Care Act. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent Word/Excel skills and be a very organized and driven person.
TES has five locations including Miamisburg, Ohio; Columbus, Indiana; St. Petersburg, Florida; Marietta, GA; and Toronto Ontario. (The position is based out of TES Miamisburg location but will work closely with all five locations.)

TES provides the following engineering services:
\tEngineering Design and Drafting Services: Conceptual design, analysis, layout, form/fit and function analysis, drafting (including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), Technical Data Packages (TDP) development as well as reverse engineering services
\tCAD Services: Includes parametric modeling, detailing, incorporation of ECNs into existing designs, BOM development, and conversion services between various CAD packages.
\tTechnical Documentation: TES technical documentation team has the ability to author documents, incorporate engineering changes into existing documents, create illustrations and produce animations.
\tContract and Direct Placement: Technical placement of engineers, designers, drafters, as well as additional technical professionals in various industries.
