Duties:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care in the Medical/Surgical unit
- Execute nursing interventions following established protocols and guidelines
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold HIPAA compliance standards
- Utilize in-depth anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology knowledge to assess and treat patients effectively
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless care delivery
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with medical procedures as required

Skills:
- Proficient in patient care practices with a focus on Medical/Surgical nursing
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ability to interpret and maintain accurate medical records
- Familiarity with medical records systems and technology
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
