We are seeking someone articulate, bright, and detailed-oriented for our Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator role! Our Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator will train directly with our group of leaders to learn all entry-level duties and everyday responsibilities.

Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator Duties : Reach out directly to potential donors and qualify to see if they are interested in participating in donations Prepare applications and forms for donors for client and customer tracking Support the Community Support Specialist team by completing comprehensive reports that are thorough and accurate Take the initiative and resolve escalations or objections from community members to explain our mission Represent the company in a professional manner at community events and networking gatherings Ensure courteous and efficient service is provided to all customers at fundraising events Support other members of your team as well as cross-functional team members by showing participation in meetings and training classes Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator Skills Desired : Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Business, Management, or Administration is preferred Comfortable taking the initiative to enhance skills and corresponding with multiple departments and clients Prior history delivering excellent customer service is a plus Working in events, fundraising, or experience as a volunteer Excellent problem solving and organization skills Self-motivated and eager to exceed expectations Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
