This particular role will be mostly focused on the Nissan and INFINITI brands.
It will also offer opportunities beyond those two brands, with other projects for the brands the agency manages.
As an identities-led agency we place importance on the understanding of the role culture plays in reaching and engaging our audiences. Understanding, Hispanic and/or Black culture in America plays a substantial part in this role.
Conceptual thinking is the foundation of any creative that works for THIRD EAR — a Copywriter will be responsible for expressing ideas in written and verbal forms to agency collaborators as well as clients.
Craft is crucial to bring ideas to life — a Copywriter will be expected to demonstrate craft in their writing, but also in all the facets of executing ideas (editing, sound, visual storytelling, etc). The Copywriter will get support and guidance as they hone these skills depending on their own level of experience.
At this level presentation skills are not a must, but a focus on developing those is expected. Collaboration skills will also be expected to be developed.
This role has impact on product of the agency, beyond the above, this will also be a measure of performance.IMPACT
— Ability to collaborate with creative team members as well as cross-disciplinary teams.
— Ability to rationalize creative decisions both internally and externally— Understand clients’ business challenges and objectives to develop strategic creative solutions.— Contribute to the strategic development of integrated campaigns.— Manage the creation and delivery of decks for presentation both externally and internally.— Anticipate problems that may hinder a project from progressing and meeting objectives.
— Communicate with CCO to seek alignment and implement feedback.
— Help foment a creative culture that feeds off culture to deliver effective solutions.
EXPERIENCE
—1 YEARS IN AN ADVERTISING AGENCY, OR IN-HOUSE AGENCY, ENVIRONMENT.
OR GRADUATION FROM AN ADVERTISING PROGRAM.
