We are looking for a high energy, organized Specialist to join our Mortgage Loan Servicing Team! Responsibilities will include proficiency in Payoff Quoting, Payoff Processing, Loan Servicing Telephone Helpline, the Quality Control of newly boarded loans and other transaction-based processes such as Fee Adjustments, Misapplied Payments, Unapplied Payments, etc. Other responsibilities may include Insurance Loss, Hazard Insurance, Satisfactions of Mortgages, PMI Removal, Escrow Analysis and Balancing the Department. This role will require proficiency in the functionality of our core systems.
