Job duties may include:handling a variety of customer inquiries regarding checking, savings, certificate of deposits (regular and IRA), debit cards, online banking issues, equity and mortgage service inquiries, as well as opening deposit accounts over the phone.Candidates should be able to understand and explain financial information, work well in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team based setting. Responsibilities may vary based upon the skills of the associate.These are full-time, first shift positions at our Customer Care Corporate Campus location, 7007 Broadway Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44105.Hours are 8:20am - 5:00pm M-TH, 8:20am - 6:00pm FRI and 8:20am - 1:30pm SAT.Position will require rotation of Saturdays with a day off during the week.
Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a retail banking or financial call center environment
• Strong ability to understand the customer need and ask for the business
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience opening deposit accounts is a plus
• Ability to work in multiple systems with strong PC skills, including: Word and Excel
• Experience with online banking enrollment and troubleshooting a plus
• Experience with equity lines of credit and mortgage loan terminology a plus
• Willingness to work at other Third Federal locations as needed
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bi-lingual language skills are a plus
