Full-time Description We are seeking a full-time skilled Dental Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in the oral health of patients. The right candidate is committed to providing high quality care to a diverse group of patients in a culturally competent and no judgement manner. Loves to provide health education and assist in the removal of barriers of care to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. This is a Full-Time position with a 4-day work week at our Shelby Ohio office location. Schedule is Monday through Thursday. General job duties:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified).
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Educate patients on proper oral healthcare.
Perform office management tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure the comfort and safety of patients throughout their visit.
Adhere to all infection control protocols.

Requirements Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to be Credentialed as a Dental Assistant
Dental Assistant Radiographer Licensure
Graduate of a Dental Assisting program preferred
