Thomas C. Wilson, LLC is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to support our Sales Team in selling the products that our customers have grown to rely on. For this role, they will be trained to have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at generating leads, building relationships and closing deals. The ideal candidate would have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and would be driven to grow within the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Search and identify prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Speak on products by understanding characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
• Work with CRM Database.
• Follow-up on sales quotes.
• Process sales inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• 2 years of direct or inside sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
